    Some five tips for weight lose are..
    Don't eat before going to sleep
    Drink plenty of water
    Do exercise daily
    Avoid to eating fast food
    Drink green tea twice in a day.

    Running exercise is a best way to lose weight.I go for running daily in the early morning. before going for running i take mixture of boiled water and jeera powder with lemon juice.I am following my diet plan.These all the factors are very helpful to lose weight.

    Nice tips and i suggest everyone to follow these tips. I admire your post dear. keep posting. In my opinion with regular exercise and diet plan we can lose weight easily and can stay healthy.

    Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
    Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
    Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.

    HI dear,

    For good health we must eat healthy foods.
    We must take all the elements of perfect foods such as vitamins, protein, fiber, carbohydrates, and fat.
    Fresh fruits, and raw vegetables are more effective for the good health and fitness.

    I did swimming almost 30 to 45 minutes daily.I feel that swimming helps to me reduced and maintain my body weight.I think swimming exercise burn more amount of calories and fat of the body and prevent obesity.

    To lose weight and be fit is easy if the person really want to achieve a good body shape. Proper exercise and diet is a good start.

    Eating before you go to sleep causing weight gain is a complete myth...Also, exercise every day isn't healthy unless you take it very easy, which isn't helpful for weight loss in the first place...every other day is better...

    seriously consider eating a lot of vegetables, its good for you and will help your heart and keep you thinner. It has been working for me.

    I truly agree with you to live healthy all this elements are very important in our life. I just wanted to add a bit about consuming water around 8 to 9 ounce of water in a day.

    I absolutely agree with above post.exercise and good diet plan is very helpful to loose.Power yoga is another good way to lose weight effectively.
