Running exercise is a best way to lose weight.I go for running daily in the early morning. before going for running i take mixture of boiled water and jeera powder with lemon juice.I am following my diet plan.These all the factors are very helpful to lose weight.

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.
Using a rigid diet and steady, less strenuous workouts can help mold your weight loss goals.
I did swimming almost 30 to 45 minutes daily.I feel that swimming helps to me reduced and maintain my body weight.I think swimming exercise burn more amount of calories and fat of the body and prevent obesity.

To lose weight and be fit is easy if the person really want to achieve a good body shape. Proper exercise and diet is a good start.

seriously consider eating a lot of vegetables, its good for you and will help your heart and keep you thinner. It has been working for me.
