I like green tea for it's antioxidants. It's definitely much healthier for one's health than soft drinks and energy drinks and other sugary drinks. I usually have two cups of coffee in the morning and then drink water throughout the day. I then drink green tea in the afternoon and sometimes at night. I'm a little skeptical about those who say it can fight cancer but I do think it's healthy.
