I've always had a problem with my sleep. I try to keep a sleep schedule and eat healthy and exercise but I still wake in the middle of the night. I've talked to my doctor and he did say that exercise can help. He was said my blood pressure was slightly above normal and that by lowering it through exercise and diet, that I may experience a better nights sleep.

When I got tired from work in night then i go to my bed and sleep because I read in a research article that sleep is a good cure for your body and your mind.

Yeah, I'm totally agree here, for a good health a good sleep is very necessary.
