    Enough Water

    Drink a glass of water each time you wake up. Also drink 8 glasses of water every day. Water will clean up your body from toxins and protect cells from being damaged.

    Yeah.. u are right here..there is a great role to develop our body. I also take 8-9 glasses of water every day. I'll also suggest to everyone to follow these tips.

    More using the water never cause the kidney pain because less water always develops the stone in the body which is very painful.

    Water is very important to keep our body fit, active and fresh. It protect the skin from many problems like dryness, pimples and acne etc. Try to drink at least 18-20 glasses of water daily.

    Water is required for digestion and absorption of food
    Water is needed to regulate body temperature and blood circulation
    Water in the bloodstream carries nutrients and oxygen to cells
    Water is necessary for the kidneys to remove toxins and other wastes

    14 to 16 glass of water drink daily. It quantity increase and down due to weather factor. In summer drink water as body requirement because in this season our body need more water. Plenty of water drink is most best for every person health.

    Drinking water in the morning is good for our digestion so we need eight glasses of water each day. It is also essential in losing weight.
