    Good Breakfast

Have some breakfast! If you don’t, your blood glucose drops so then you will feel weak and hungry all the time. A good breakfast contains of protein, not carbohydrate. It makes your appetite controlled without requiring you to feel less energy when you do your activities.

It is very important to have a good breakfast before we start to do our daily activities in our home or elsewhere. A good breakfast contains the vitamins and minerals that supports our body to become healthy.

Ideally your breakfast should be your largest meal of the day!

Always take healthy and balanced breakfast for maintaining your health and getting enough energy for the whole day. You must drink at least 2 glasses of water with empty stomach. Your breakfast must contain:
    Milk,
    apple,
    yogurt,
    cheese,
    bread,
    eggs,
    and fresh fruits juices.
