    Importance of water

    The human body, which is made up of between 55 and 75 percent water.Water is crucial to your health. It makes up, on average, 60 percent of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water. Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry on normal functions. Even mild dehydration - as little as a 1 percent to 2 percent loss of your body weight - can sap your energy and make you tired.

    Hello... great stuff regarding the importance of water. Yeah there is a great role of water to develop our body. I also take water as much as possible.

    Water is very important part.It can help maintain weight and sugar level.It can also help to fight against disease.It can also maintain pressure level.Every human drink water maximum 8-9 glass every day.

    In our universe water and its importance have no word to express upon the human body.Each and every thing may demolish for life yet a man can only survive on water.it has a lot electrolytes which support the body properly.

    I read this blog and this is full of information and i like it. Water is precious and symbol of life.
    With out water we can not survive in this world. Use water daily because lack of water create many problems.

    Hello to all
    If every thing may go to its end state yet water is the only thing which survive the life in better way so need for each individual to give the more focus toward the water in order to avoid any complicity.

    Water is very important to our body; our body could not work without it just like a car without a gasoline. Water helps to regulate metabolism.

    Unless you are taking riboflavin or vitamin B2 (which can turn your urine bright yellow) you will be able to monitor your water intake by the color of your urine which should be a very pale yellow and frequent (that is several times per day). A healthy person urinates roughly 7 to 8 times per day. Children and the elderly will often need to be reminded to drink water regularly. Six to eight glasses per day is a suggested recommendation but of course this can depend on your size as well as the weather and personal activity.

    Water is important for the following reasons:

    - Eliminating waste products from your body

    - Carrying nutrients around your body

    - Promoting good metabolism and healthy digestion

    - Helping your body control temperature

    The majority of the liquid we drink should be water which is the ideal thirst quencher and best for rehydrating the body. Water should always be the beverage of choice. However, unless you have been used to drinking water from a young age, it may be difficult for you to maximize your water drinking habit.

    If you do not like the taste of water, try adding the following for a fresh and healthy taste:

    - Lemon, orange or cucumber slices

    - Segmented clementines

    - Ice-blocks made with 100% pure fruit juice

    - Mint leaves, lemongrass, and parsley which will add aroma and a hint of green to your water - if you want to release the flavor you can crush the plants a little bit before putting them into your water

    - Crushed berries with blueberries and strawberries having distinct flavors that are soaked up by water - cut or crush a few of the berries into your water

    - Pineapple blocks

    - Unsweetened cordial

    - Sparkling water to half a glass of plain water

    - Few drops of rose water

    - Herbal tea bag to boiling water and chilled

    - Sliced fruit to water jug and refrigerated overnight

    - A little bit of natural salt (not processed) which helps your body absorb the water more quickly

    - Zest some ginger for extra “zing” to your water

    - Vinegar (apple cider or any clear vinegar) and get a similar taste to adding citrus - sour water that has vitamin C

    Increase your water intake slowly - start by having one or two extra drinks a day. Gradually change your habits so that after two to three weeks you will be leading a healthier lifestyle.

    Water is like a source of filter for your body.It removes all the acids and those substances which are not good for the human body.So its a best filtration and you must5 use 10 glass of water on daily basis.
